It's raining here too :D
After almost 10 years in drought our water storage dams are up to 79% of capacity up from around 35% last summer.
It has been sooo long since I have seen everything so green, I'm loving it

We had a couple of nice sprinklings yesterday. The 1st was long enough to be very nice! The 2nd was short and light though. 60% chance for more today and I sure hope we get it!
At least now I won't have to water the flower gardens and can concentrate on getting ready for a yard sale for Fri/Sat.

We were all thrilled yesterday with a wonderful rain--probably 1/2 to 3/4" in 2-3 hours. ahhhh. we have had big forest fires and grass fires nearly every day around here, so it was recieved with much gratitude!

Here in Lexington I think it must have rained a little overnight, but everything looked dry at 7:00 AM. And it is sunny now. Even when it rains it seems to miss our part of town. In my perfect world, it would rain at night and be sunny during the day, and temperature in the 70's year round. Don't ask for much do I?

You've got the most beautiful birds there! We don't have anything close to being that pretty here.
