My daughter just passed the high school and temp registered at l0l.9 degrees. At 4:00 in the afternoon. Good grief, I never in a million years thought that using Aqua Net Hair Spray all those years ago would affect the o-zone layer like this! LOL

91 degrees here in Minnesota..... I can't wait for Fall temps!
Looks like it's supposed to cool off into the upper 70's later this week though.

We're having a cool spell. It was around 65 when I went to lunch but is supposed to warm up to the 90s on the weekend.

here in michigan, nasty today,again.

saturday was beautiful, i spent all day outside,then sunday came, and i hid in the house.

i really feel for my daughter and her school kids..last year,a few got sick and she did too..just to hot to be in those classrooms.

I saw a post earlier that was from the Pacific N. W. near Mt. Bachelor and it was WHITE with snow. The picture was taken this morning so enjoy the heat, it won't last much longer.

Are you saying the classrooms are not air conditioned????
Of course they weren't when I was in school (till college), but neither were our homes or vehicles or any public buildings...not even the grocery store.

The high today is supposed to be 64 and by Friday, supposed to be low 90's. LOL

nope, i don't know of any city that has air in the classrooms. last year i bought her a few more fans for her room..i don't know the kids are supposed to learn in this heat..seriously.
