Peckish and Onebyone, your homes are lovely!
We have brick and siding so the siding gets powerwashed every couple of years. We have ivy growing up the front of the house on the brick and it has completely covered my sewing room windows LOL. Need to take care of that this fall. It's too hot right now to mess with!

Peckish and onebyone your houses are beautiful. We haven't had ours powerwashed since new siding was installed. I am now trying to have three great big trees removed so they won't take down our power line. Wind has shifted and trees are slowly dying since we had to have a new waterline dug about 4-5 years ago.

We had the house painted 2 years ago, and it still looks good, so no power washing. I don't think we power washed the house in Baton Rouge, although I did do the driveway and sidewalks every year. Very satisfying.

I live in a condo. Our buildings are power washed every other year, but could use it every year. Love that fresh sparkly clean after the wash.
