I use business cards and file them in the plastic case that fits them from staples.

True but I have actually had my walmart account hacked and since it's just as easy to use cards for itunes, I do that. Even so I have had my cc number stolen many times but I can't just stop using a credit card online so I check my account often and call if there's a weird charge. And never ever will I have a debit card. When my cc number is stolen I call and they change the number and I'm not liable for the charges. No money ever comes out of my account or my pocket. If a debit card was compromised, I could have bounced checks before I even realized it.

I try to keep things the same. One set for things I want secure and another set for non $$ sites. When that fails, I have them on an excel spreadsheet

The first advice that is given by computer security experts when it comes to passwords is to never use the same ones at different sites. For non secure stuff maybe, but otherwise you should use a different one at every site.

I have the Password app on my phone My phone requires a code to open, then there's a different password which means nothing to anyone but me to open the app for the PWs (as well as being the only place I use this one). The sites are automatically listed alphabetically when I add a new one and are easy to edit. I can even write notes if I want to. I've used it for years. Biggest problem is remembering where my phone is sometimes!!!!

I am always having to change mine because I`m forever forgetting them. I should heed your suggestions.

I purchased a little black book - nothing on the cover, from Barnes and Noble called The Personal Internet Address & Password Logbook. I put everything in pencil, so I can change when needed. I often put the 2 digit month and 2 digit year in my passwords: 12whateverword13. That way I know when I initiated or changed the password.

I use an old Rolodex. User name on the front - password on back upside down.
