There is scent free Febreeze -- it actually came first but didn't sell well until they put those overpowering scents in it... I have "sensitivities" to many things, but especially those labeled things like "baby fresh". In general, I can handle natural citrus, pine, rosemary, etc., but chemical scents are usually a no go.

I also like the charcoal odor removal technique for cars/trunks, don't know how well it would remove the perfume but can't hurt (if you put it in a bag. Same thing with the baking soda.

I would place it in a lidded plastic container or any sealable container with wadded up newspaper and charcoal, inside and outside the bag. Close up the container and let it set for a couple days or so. I just used the grilling charcoal we had on hand, not the kind with starter in it. This removes odors and does not introduce any new scents.

The renter left meat in the frig and turned it off!!!

I put coffee grinds in it and stopped the smell.
