    When you box them up do you put paper or anything between them?

    I think you would store them just like you'd store regular potatoes--in a cool, dry place.

    I've seen lots of recipes for sweet potatoes that require you to peel and cut them. I tried it once, but they were too, too hard to peel and cut. Now I only bake them and eat with butter, salt, and pepper. Oh, yes, I do have a sweet potato casserole I make for Thanksgiving that is sweeter though.
