I always said I was 5'5", but at my last doctor's visit, the nurse said I was 5'3". Guess those extra two inches went to the width instead of the height.

I have the same problem only in reverse. Have you ever tried on capre (sp?) pants that were so long you were stepping on them. Try finding pants with a 29" inseam. Short length is still 32" in most pants. My DD's don't mind "Walking" off the bottoms of their pants, but if I have to pay $40 for a pair of jeans, I'm not walking them off. I cut and hem them and save the scraps for a quilt. DD's say that is what old ladies do. Yep 43 is the new version of the old lady. :D

I'm 5'3. Always wanted to be tall with long legs so I wouldn't look so fluffy!!! lol

I would give anything to say I'm 60" tall. I'm only 57" tall. Everyone, and I mean everyone, towers over me.
