Wow, everyone was worried about you. Glad you're safe and sound. And, I don't think I want to be surprising you in the dark around your house. Sounds like you mean business!!!! Hope you get some rest tonight.

I'm eating chicken taquito's. I think that's how you spell it. With my mild cheese with the peppers and stuff in it. But I don't think it's too mild. giggle Plus I have six eyes on me waiting for their bites. That's the only way I can one to take his meds. Little sucker sniffs on everything. Or he'll chew and chew until he finds that pill. Makes me so mad sometimes.

I was never afraid to stay by myself until this happened. But I always felt a lot more safer when my kids were home when hubby had to work away. But they haven't been here for a long time. They flew and left the nest!
When you had kids in the house you weren't alone. Makes a big difference!

I do mean business. I don't like having to live like this at all. I like my freedom to move around. I feel like a tiger in a cage.

I'm all up for the old western days. If you stole a horse you got hung. Today you get a slap on the wrist and put in a place you get three free square meals, pool tables, tv's and anything else they have. That is wrong! And we should not have to pay for it either out of our hard earned dollars. I think if they brought back hard core punishment a lot of this bad stuff would stop!

Yes it sure did make a big difference. And both of my kids are upset because they can't be here. But I told them I was ok! My son said keep the heat with you!!! giggle

I'm getting ready to lay down. Guess I'll lay and listen. I know I'll eventually fall asleep.

Hope everyone has a great nite!!!!

The problem with that is the guy is very likely bigger and nastier than you and will try to beat you to get your gun. Unless you know that you can use that gun on him I wouldn't threaten. One second of hesitation is all it will take.

Oh my kids are all grown and out on their own! So I am alone a lot unless the kids or grandson comes over. Then someone is going in & out. That is why I like for the 20 yr old DGS to meet his buddies here and leave some vehicles at my house! That way nobody can tell who or how many are here at one time. We just have to be as safe as we can.

So glad your okay! O should have gone to the end rather than read all those worry notes that was making my heart sink lower and lower after every one.

My sister Dawn and I feel safe in our home. Most people don't even know it's there, but there is a Doberman on alert, even when she's tucked under my covers :-).
