You need to get a "Squngee"!
It's a bungee squirrel feeder. It holds two ears of corn on the end and I suppose it has a rubber "cord" with which to hang it from a branch with!
I wanted to get one for my son for Christmas but my husband poo pooed the idea.......no sense of humor.
It was advertised at the "Backyard Bird Shop" but this was back in 2004, so I don't know if it's still made.
Might have to do a Google.

We have lots of squirrels too. We have so much snow on the ground that they are having a hard time finding something to eat, so they're at our bird feeder all the time. DH feels bad for them, so he puts out bread.
