We go fishing every May with a gaggle of friends (no other word for it!) We go to the upper corner of Oregon, on the border of Idaho. It's a blast!!!! We usually catch crappie and catfish.....once in a while a bass. But the bass are illegal to keep at that time.
We freeze our fish. First -- GOOD cleaning, then wrap in seran wrap, then used the FoodSaver. Took some fish out the other day that had been in there for 3 yrs --- it was still excellent!!! :)
