i spent $300 today - but not at Joann's - at Tire Discounters - 2 tires and a battery! :thumbdown: But my car will start all winter and i won't have a tire blow out.

I can totally think of a lot more fun things to spend $300 on then those things!

I tried to use my 50% off coupon today and could not since everything was on sale. I got everything at 50% off on sale and an additional 20% off.

So dont feel bad.

I was in and out of there in 30 minutes but I bought nothing that required cutting. Looked like the cutting tables were screwed up.

The check out help was courteous.

:( No money for JoAnns since I too need a battery for my car and the prices I've checked are $72 just for a tiny little thing of a battery :( Only one will fit and its a reverse post :( Can't get a regular one and turn it around cuz the cables aren't long enough :(

I just got back. The JoAnn's here wasn't too bad. Bit of a line at the cutting tables, but nothing much worse than usual. They had an extra register open and the lines were moving pretty well. You better go...they'll be out of all the good stuff. :-D
