You know, a couple of years back, my husband did that with a sharp cutter we use in our trophy business to cut metal and after an afternoon at the ER, they glued it!!

So is that the new way to do stitches? I couldn't believe it when I first looked at my chest after surgery. I only had TWO stitches. One for each of the holes where the chest tubes were. The foot long incision down the middle of my chest was SUPERGLUED. I just couldn't believe it. I'm guessing it's going to leave a much less noticable scar. Loving that.

I guess so. We also had a friend who had a quadruple bypass about 2 1/2 year ago and his chest was glued too. Amazing but nice not to have stitches out.
