I get to make a wedding quilt!

I'm am so excited. DD just a called and he proposed on her birthday, Feb 4th. Wedding is June 14th. I have been online ever since sending her pictures of possible quilts. She has had a difficult life, first boy friend of 5 years dumped her suddenly, first husband got into drugs and left her at Christmas time, two miscarriages. She works very hard for abused children and deserves some happiness.

Congratulations! Hope she picks a really pretty quilt. You are going to have so much fun sewing a quilt for your daughter's wedding. I did! You seem to actually do a better job when it's for something so important. Good luck and i hope you like the quilt she picks. Are you going to get together and pick the fabric? Or is she just going to tell you what colors to use?

Congratulations! I just made my dd one! Now making one for her best frind, called, good fortune!! Making another with maple leaf appliques and need to make one for my besty's son!!
