I am not in the low land where I live, however when the snow does melt it can cause flooding in the river area.

I live in Flagstaff and have been shoveling snow every 2 hours to keep driveway and sidewalk clear as can be. There is no place to put the snow anymore. Got out of the house today-first time in 6 days. No school since Thurs. and 2 hr delay tomorrow. We must be crazy-we moved up here from Mesa!!!!!

Our temp.s haven't bothered me, just the gloomy days have bothered me. I like to see the sunshine.

Flagstaff is in the top five snowiest city in the US. Syracuse, NY is the top.

We're in central Ohio & don't ever remember such a "winter".Only a dusting of snow,most days have been sunny or cloudy with temps in the 50's. We set 2 new records for 65* twice this month. Only 4 wks to go....& the worst of winter is usually over after Feb.
