[quote=Momsmurf]I was listening to an item on the news where the focus was on how the "hybrid" and all electric cars were flying off the show room floors.

About four years ago I bought a Toyota Prius and I get about 45 miles to the gallon combined city and highway driving. It has been a pretty good car but I still own a 4x4 truck for the winters here and I have gotten used to owning something like a truck just to haul my stuff that needs hauling.

The wife has a 50 mile commute so the Prius saves us some money. LOL now back to Charlie Sheen.

Wouldn't you just like to have a little bit of his success? We are so fortunate to live in the greatest country in the world and he gets face time on every news channel in the universe. He looks like a fool. Then on the other hand people that deserve recognition for wonderful achievements go unnoticed. It all seems backwards in my thought process.

    Blessings...

$3.55 (lowtest) in Southeast PA. A jump of 20 cents in 1 - 2 weeks!

We are now paying $3.49 a gallon in Englewood and dayton, Ohio. This is crazy. I also heard they want to get it up to $5.00 a Gallon by summer. WHO is getting rich. Not me.

Just filled up at $3.29/gal for reg unleaded. A few stations left at that price; most of them are $3.39+ around here.

We just got back from New Zealand and we were paying $2.02 per liter in Auckland and higher near Christchurch, if we could get it. $2.02 per liter equals $7.65 per gallon. Even though it hurts here I think we are still lucky. Unfortunately I agree with some here, it is only going to get worse.
