"Wow! That's cool," exclaimed the second fisherman. "I'd like my intelligence tripled." He'd no sooner made the request than he started spouting Einstein's equations on the theory of relativity.
"That's awesome!" shouted the third fisherman. "I'd like my intelligence quintupled."
"Are you sure?" asked the mermaid. "You may not like the outcome."
"Yes! I'm sure," replied the fisherman. "Please quintuple my intelligence."
He closed his eyes to wait for the wish to be granted and poof! - - he became a woman!
found in the 1999 Country magazine, submitted by Wanda Baird of Kerrville, Texas ... <wave>
but, i'm still waiting for the joke  . like most women, she was there to serve them. right? and they gallantly let her off the hook (so to speak). <wave back and giggle>

but she still had to give them something that they wanted in order to be let go. it was they who were manipulative. in the end, women have to depend on men. they could have just let her go because she asked, not to get something in return.
women aren't the only ones who manipulate. <>

i used the word 'gallantly' sarcastically.

but i was thinking that although they were manipulating, so was she, because she knew what would happen and she didn't warn them. so, everybody got what he deserved, i guess.

and who says you're not a fun date? i asked your dh and he said "WOW!!! is she ever?"
