Roast beef and swiss on Rye. Funny thing is, if I don't have the rye, I don't want the roast beef. If I don't have the roast beef, don't even try to pass Rye off on me! It has to be that EXACT combination or I don't want it!

Oh....and ya can't beat a good BLT with homegrown T's on it! LOL!

Well EGGS salad has to be my favorite. But I like the reuben as well. Funny story my girlfriends and went out for lunch a few times at Kneaders and I ordered the reuben. I could only eat half of it so I took the rest home. My husband pulls it out of the fridge and say why do you keep buying me reuben. I said I didn't buy it for you it is my left overs. Here he thought I was being nice and bringing him a sandwich. NOT!

Well, my favorite is a bst...bacon, spinach and fresh garden tomato.(Cherokee purple tomatoes are the best!!) We had our first one this year, last week!!
My second would be a good Reuben.
My everyday favorite sounds strange but is delicious...Peanut butter, mayo, onions and spinach....yum yum!!

Theoldgraymare has the right idea--NO wimpy bread! Try tomato, avocado, mayo, and sliced green onion--yumm! Even better with melted cheese! Or try chicken or turkey with melted gruyere and cranberry-walnut chutney (get it at Honeybaked Ham). Makes me hungry--think I'll go eat!

I love a good Rueben too!! For homemade, it's egg salad with crumbled crispy bacon and chopped black olives in it on good whole grain bread. Egg and green olive will do in a pinch. LOL

Can't decide. Grilled cheese or BLT. You're making me hungry!

A plain homegrown tomato sandwich on very fresh white bread with mayo. According to the "White Trash Cook Book" you've got to eat it over the sink.
