So...now you change your pattern and applique something larger right over that spot?

I'll make a new block. This is one of the blocks from the Stitcher's Garden quilt. Thank goodness I hadn't gotten too far. I've kept all of your suggestions but I don't think anything could save this block. Go to Guildcrafters Quilt Shop and look for Stitcher's Garden BOM. Thanks for all your help--I felt better after reading all of your notes.

Grandmothers stain remover should take it out. Had a neighbor scortch a shirt she was apling an aplique to and made a huge scortch on it and she used the grandmother and washed it and it was gone. I would have thrown it out, I never thought it would come out but it did. Worth a try

Hey, call this your brand thing and laugh at yourself. Life is too short to be upset. There are way too many other things to get upset about. Enjoy your day.

I hate to admit it but I did that, and turned it into a signature piece with some embroidery and a little initials my friend thought it was neat and piece of art. Little did she know!!

I've had that happen more than once. However, if you do decide to shoot yourself, do it away from your quilt so it won't get on the quilt LOL.
