I have to admit, this forum has spoiled me for other forums!!! I recently was asked to babysit a longarm with a computer quilting attachment. The attachment is complicated! I went to their manual.....not much help. Went to their support e-mail.....comes back saying their e-mail is full....and keeps trying to send for 5 days!!!(grrrr). This was AFTER I'd posted my question on their forum for 5 days --- NO answer!!! I posted another question in August --- took 2 months before someone e-mailed me and asked if I'd gotten an answer. In the meantime, I've been figuring it out. It has shown me how wonderful THIS forum is!!! Someone asks a question and a lot of times, the answer is up before you can even do "send"!!!!

I know! Isn't this great. what I love is that it doesn't have to be a quilting question and there is always someone with an answer.
