Default It's so cold here... already!

It is a bitterly cold day here on the 10th of November. Lots of snow on the ground. Strong winds and snow coming down (well blowing all over). Gray skies.

It is going to be a Long winter.

How is the weather where you are?

I am in metro Atlanta, GA and it is nice today. Sunshine and cool, but not unpleasant. If there is sun here, the cold doesn't seem so bad. The southern sun to me is warmer than when we are in the Pacific Northwest in the winter. Looks like cool and sunny most of the next week.

Mid 70's today. We've had a couple of little cool snaps so far but nothing to shiver over.

Ah...finally....cool weather. In low 30's today (seasonal), but windy. Been up in the 60's to almost 70 for most of October (which is just plain weird). Weekend supposed to be cold (30's) and then up to 50's again for next week.

This is a nice time of year in SoCal. High in the low 70's, low in the mid-40's. I would love to have a white Christmas though. I do like to play in the snow.

Agree Trisher .... if it sticks, it is going to be one long cold winter!
Which should mean, lots of new quilts made in avoidance of sticking our noses out into it!

In reading the above, it is mighty confusing .......
.... Centigrade/Celsius is the norm for we Canadians .....
..... though I see Tartan translated hers into the American Fahrenheit!

    Here this morning ...
-12°C at 7am with a windchill of -19°C with a nice dusting of snow.
It never got above -7°C all day.
Such a sudden drop, so we all really felt it.
