we took a 100 mile trip the other way with a chipmunk in the car. I was glad he made it home safely and did not jump out in a strange place. Also glad he did not run up the driver's leg while in motion!! Didn't even know he was there until we got home.

I have a 14 yr old calico -Mindy Sue-she is always getting into places that seem impossible for her to fit into. She is now only 23lbs down from 36lbs. DH was putting in a new toilet and some how or other she had got in -curled up to take a nap Tom had set the new seat on it not seeing her. When he took the seat off to set it in place she come flying out of there -I'm not sure which one was more freaked out him or the cat but I couldn't stop laughing. Mainly because it was nice to see I wasn't her only victim in her game of daily frights..to this day this is still her favorite game to play with me and the dogs.

I was putting away groceries this afternoon. I left the french doors open on our fridge to make it easier to put the cold stuff away. When I returned to the fridge, I found Lily Pie in the fridge!!! She is our fearless kitty and often gets herself in trouble. She was kind enough to wait on me to get the camera to take her picture.

I have a cat named Scammy (because he scammed me into taking him in) and he gets into the bathroom cabinets, sewing room base cabinets. He sticks his head into the bottom freezer whenever he is around when it's open. No worry about him getting closed in - no room, it is too full. If I don't keep a bungee cord wrapped around the handles of my 48x72" fabric cabinet, he will get in and lay on stacks of fabric. I need to get child locks. He is the first cat I had that would get in anywhere. He bangs sliding closet doors trying to get into them. If I don't stop him he will eventually get them open enough to stick a paw in and slide open and crawl in.
