Blood work, cholesterol check... the works.
Blood work was done last week so results were in today.
Good news - bad news

Good news - I'm healthy! Cholesterol is Great! All the blood work was Great! Iron, calcium etc - good!
Bp numbers --- normal for me (low!) Pulse rate ---- get this 55! Weight is normal though I'd like to loose a few pounds.

Bad news ---- DH is going to 'kill' me because I am healthy. I don't take ANY meds. He has several, plus allergy shots.

Now - time to get busy - day off work so it's housework, laundry, ironing, quilting, crafting, so on and so forth.

No, I don't think I got your greeting. I could have missed it with the way I've been working and busy.

Considering I don't even work out, exercise or walk like I used to (except at work) the pulse rate IS good!
