I'm way behind the times, I'm still using mapquest and printing my directions out.

I bought one and let it sit in its box for almost 3 years. Then I finally got it out and used it. And I love it! It lives in the car now. It is so wonderful - never yells if I still make a wrong turn; just "recalculates" and sends me on my way!

A GPS was my only request for Christmas last year. I named her Doris and she definitely has a sense of humor. I travel to different basset rescue events and she always gets me where I need to be although a couple of times I've had to trick her into going the way I want to go. I'm sure this could be helped by reading the manual but who has time for that...LOL.

This past weekend I took my GPS on a trip. It is the first time I used her alone and I love her. I call her Nellie as in Whoa, Nellie. She got me to six quilt shops and then a quilt class with no problem. She loved the time I spent in the quilt shops as it gave her a chance to rest up!

Love your bassets. We just lost our last one of 16 3/4 years. Mine have always love to quilt with me!
