Kitty Litter Cake
#33
Oh yuck!! Looks too realistic to me!!
This year at the Boy Scout dinner, the scouts had to make a cake for dessert. One kid made that cake and it was really disgusting to look at. Of course, all the boys made a bee line for that one. I asked one boy what it tasted like and he said, very disappointed, "like regular cake!" LMBO!!

I wonder if I could get away with sneaking that into DD's house with this cake for Thanksgiving??????? Could gross out everyone - we'll be there and so will DSIL's parents and sister's family - including 9 year old daughter - who will LOVE it. DD, DGD and DSIL have 3 kitties - and everyone will be shocked - but everyone (except maybe DSIL's mom) has GREAT sense of humor.
HMMMMMMMMMMMM.

If you google "Kitty Litter Cake" you will get hundreds of recipes. Here is one:
http://www.spatulatta.com/recipes/13...ty-litter-cake
The only difference I made is that I used BOTH Blue and Green food-coloring to simulate that "Tidy Cat" experience
The more tootsie rolls, the "dirtier" the box. Increases the gross factor.
HINT: Buy the smallest litter pan you can. A regular size pan will need the equivalent of a whole sheet cake. And I guarantee a lot will go to waste in that case.  :x
You can also make a "Dirt Cake". Use a BRAND NEW, well washed flower pot. Use the cake of your choice with the pudding of your choice, but some dark mix is best. Crumble classic oreos in the food processor. Drop on top of cake and add gummy worms.
