I made these for my Mom... she absolutely hated her prosthesis, thought it was way too heavy. But she loved my knitted ones. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone dealing with this.

Nan, I saw that contraption only once in my knitting experience. A shop I bought yarn from took the skeins and put them in it. Very cool.
Nice of you to make those things.

I made a set of these using this pattern, but filled it with pillow fluff instead of plastic beads. I have seen them made of swimsuit fabric that were really cute. One owner said she “likes them printed because she was always afraid to get a tattoo. Now she had pretty tattoos on both sides.”. Lol.

The next set I make, I want to try making them with silk on the outside. Wouldn’t that be nice and cool for summer?

A friend just shared this video about knockers in Nairobi... how refreshing to see a caring male knitting them.
