Several years ago my sister bought me a book for my birthday.. all about Gnomes. I think it would be a hoot to make a quilt of a Gnome Home.... hmmmmm.........all sorts of interesting facts in the book and illustrations.
for instance when a Gnome goes to the bathroom they actually sit "on a throne".. and it plays music.... go figure!!! lol

I have several stuck in my landscape, sometimes I don't see them for several seasons, I forget where they are. DH sets them in the bushes so the mower won't run over them. I use to have Flamingos in the front but my teen girls were so embarrassed about them they kept moving them in the bushes too. LOL. I think I need some more Flamingos. DH isn't too keen on me getting live peacocks for the yard and I really want some of those.

We have a few, maybe 8 sitting around hiding in our garden beds. My DH likes them, but he said that was enough of them. I want to get a boat load of pink flamingo's to put in our front yard! My neighbors will be agast! Jokes on them. It would be a hoot! Me, I like bird houses, always have!

No...but lots of other randoms. We live in the hills and just at the foot of the hill is a business that specialises in birds, fish, reptiles and water features...today I noticed outside they have a collection of absolutely huge (lifesize) dinosaurs and a fantasy type dragon. I am so tempted to go down and buy one...they are probably hugely expensive...but would look so amazing. Will try and take pics next time I go there.

I only have natural rocks, but my mom and grandma always had them. I had my eye on a huge sasquacth at the garden store last season, too bad he was expensive. Expensive and my husband would crap he likes his yards very tidy lol. On second thought after 30.5 years I may have to push some buttons to keep it real LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

I have a few tucked here and there throughout the yard.

You have to really look to find them.

The Grands love to look for them. =)
