I use a bucket of water with just a couple drops of dishwashing liquid and a squeegee. No residue and no rinsing required----they are streak free...Just did mine last weekend and it is great having clean windows for the beginning of spring!

My husband loves to do windows, I hate it. He just tried Invisible Glass from Walmart. You have to get it in the Automotive Department. He says it's the best thing he's ever used, no streaks.

vinegar, squeese of lemon and hot water wash with rag and then use newspaper or ny favorite tissue that comes in shoes or purses or used as gift wrapping. leaves them nice without streaks or lint.

I use microfiber cloths. All you need is to wet one to wash (no cleaners) and one to dry. If they are really dusty you may have to do some rinsing of the wet one. I don't get any streaks doing it this way.

Vineger and newspapers - I agree - that is all I ever use. there is something about the newsprint ink that leaves glass shiny and streak free.

This one works best for me, half water, half vinegar couple dropes dish liquid. fyi, Dawn liquid does the best. I really, really do not like washing windows, really, for sure....
