Absolutely beautiful! The dress is gorgeous too!! :)
I was hoping to do the same for my daughter when she was born. She is now two and daughter number two is on the way. I am still planning on it...I was only planning on using the stole that came with the dress...not sure if I will be able to get an infant dress and something for a two-year old out of it. :/ Wish me luck!
You did a fantastic job on the dress and she will treasure it when she is older! Both of the children are beautiful!

Now that is a gift to cherish. When we were in Ireland, Belfast we found an extroidinary fabric shop and bought some Irish linen and 15 yrds of Irish Lace and made our grandaughter to be and embroirdered it with the families initials and pur her name and date of birth on the hem of the slip. When she was born we took it with us to Arizona, gave it to my son and his wife. That was the last time we saw it. She sold it at a yard sale and said her girls didn't need that kind of "finery"
Dress, Slip, Bonnet and booties, all sold.
Heart breaking
