Has anyone made this pattern. The neckline is very confusing and looks kind of nasty when done. Any ideas on how to fix this pattern?
Thanks

Try it and get back with me. I am not the best when it comes to anything, especially sewing, I got it figured out but am not happy with it.

Looks like a rolled collar to me. If you want it to lay nice, use a very light weight interfacing.

Nope, that is not the problem. The neck line is cut really funny. The problem is putting the shoulders and back of jacket together....the way you cut it out. Just cannot explain it, you have to try it to understand. I have emailed the company but of course have gotten no response.

I think everyone who made the jacket for the first time had trouble with the neckline. I marked my seam line so I stopped right where I was supposed to and it was still a little wonky on one side. Once you put it on it isn't noticeable though. It's a very popular pattern in my neck of the woods (KY).
