Look what's under my tree!

Mine like to chew on the corners of packages.. I gave up putting anything out until Christmas morning. Something about the crunch of the box/paper that is oh so exciting. My dog used to eat tinsel all the time and that you can see when it gets stuck on its.. return. No more tinsel either. Sigh. All the good stuff and well.. worth it. i have a bowl of plastic shiny ornaments on my coffee table for them.. amazingly enough every morning at least half if not all are decorating the livingroom floor. I also hung a metal garland from my hutch for them to whack at. Keeps them from chewing on the lights and other things.

Oh no, I NEVER use tinsel. We did one year and I refuse to do it again.
Luckily my cat just chews and doesn't take it any further. She knocks some of the ornies off with her tail too, circling around the tree. LOL

Sugar looks alot like my Puddin'...We have a new addition this year, so it will be interesting to see if we have a tree climber. The other 3 love to sleep under the tree. They don't bother the bows too much and ribbon isn't allowed...so we are ok there. I only put the non breakable ornaments on the lower branches....yes, Kathy...they drive me crazy and I couldn't make it through a single day without them....
