    Looking for Billy

Anybody know about Billy from Tenn.? He repaired old sewing machines. I sent him one almost two years ago and have not heard from him in awhile. I found him on the board and was hoping someone know something about him. I have been sending emails, but not getting anything from him back. Please let me know if you know anything about him. I sure do miss my machine.

Billy has not been around the Vintage Sewing Machine Shop in a VERY long time.

Do you have his mailing address? If so send him a certified letter requesting he return the machine by a certain date. Good luck.

Sadly, you're not alone in missing your machine that was sent to Billy. What brand/model of machine did you send him?
One day, you'll only be a memory for some people. Do your best to be a good one.

Oh my, its sad he is sick, but he should of had a back up plan before taking in machines and not returning them. I hope you can get your's back, i agree with abdconsultant, send a certified letter and hope he responds or has someone else respond to it. Good Luck

He may have gone away but he could come back with a different name - who knows.

I don't know Billy, but I was reading some of the posts on his PDA. He posted on 2-28 that he will be finished very soon with the machines that he has. He will send them out COD because of hospital bills.

Hopefully all his customers will get their machines back.
Even if he was to ill to post since 2-28 , his wife could have answered his pm's and emails.

    machine

Good luck Billy has been telling me for a year that my machine is almost ready. I still do not have a machine, I am out over $200. He was not sick when he received my machine. They have a business in his wife name. That is why he had us write her name on the check.
