Looking for contour burp cloths

I have made many contour burpies and matching flannel blankets from this site, http://www.youcanmakethis.com/free-patterns. If you can't print the template you may be able to just wing it from the the instructions and pictures. Mom really like these. Just scroll though until you find "Burpies" in the free patterns. Nice site.

I used to use diapers to make burp cloths. I would embroider designs, add borders, or sew on appliqué designs. Obviously, diapers are extremely absorbent and soft, much more so than any cotton or cotton blend material you may choose.

My choice is to make them simply rectangles. Cutting out the contour "wastes" fabric and besides, babies do not recognize where they deposit the burp. It's usually down your sleeve so good to have the extra fabric extending that direction.
