Looking for Linda
#1
In 1997 I got a job at a JoAnn Fabric in Port Orchard, WA and met this wonderful woman named Linda D. that worked there and introduced me to quilting. My husband got out of the Navy and moved us to his homeland in Western Kentucky and over the years we lost touch. If you know her, or you are her PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! I miss her so much and want to find her again.

I know where Port Orchard is...in fact I got married there LOL how funny is that. I am sorry I don't know who Linda is but I really truly hope that you find her or she reads this post. Can you possibly call Joanns and ask for her to see if she is still working there. You can just call them and ask for Linda and they can say if she still works there or not. Good Luck to you.

Sometimes if you talk to the mgr. and ask for the employee with tenure they might connect you with one. I would only explain a little bit and say you are trying to locate her. They can't give any personal information out but Linda still might frequent the store. Also, they have her information and might-just depending on the mgr - might give her a call for you and ask her to contact you. I work in HR and have done favors for people that I had worked with and new well to help them out! You just never know.
I have also used white pages, face book, linked-in to find people. I really hope you connect that would be so wonderful! It's almost like a happy ending-but for you it would be a beginning all over again!
