I have also read that the dark chocolate is the best for you. I don't know for sure so have to try a little of both so we can stay healthy & young! lol

Maybe this is why I feel young. I would only eat chocolate ice cream. Had choice of 30 some other flavors. Grandparents owned ice cream store, and made their own. If the kids working there made a mistake I had to eat that. After they were off work they could have anything they wanted. It kept them honest. LOL LOVE CHOCOLate of any kind!!

Hurray! I eat all but the Whole Grain and Fish every day. I put bell pepper in all kinds of things. And who could resist a spot of chocolate with a big pretty almond!
