With the money he spent on that earring I could pay off every bill I owe and still have plenty of money left.
AND live for a couple of years without working! What an idiot.

Well, probably not but I'd have enough left to buy a nice LA. or build a large addition on the first floor for my quilting.

It is nice to see that footballers the world over are not the brightest crayons in the box! Or should that be the brightest fabrics in the stash?

Every time I see a guy with a big diamond earring, or worse, matching earrings, I think of that ad on TV a while back, where the two guys get hold of a telestrator and draw earrings on a guy in the crowd, and say (falsetto voice) "How do you like my new earrings?"
reminds me of playing dress up with Mom's old stuff.

No way would I go out with a guy whose diamonds are bigger than mine. (Hey, I haven't got any! )

That kind of money would pay off my truck, finish the 53 Ford and have enough left over to add to my stash pile.
