Millstream Mom- so true! to think it only took her 4 hours to find me. She found me in a news article and took the chance and emailed me to my job. I don't know which other way to thank her but am going to definitely make her a thank you quilt!

I wish someone would find my class ring. Lost mine 46 years ago.

I am soooo happy for you!!! It was so unbelievably nice of the person to send it back to you.

I graduated in '82 as well. Gosh, has it been 29 years?

Mzmama I know how you feel. Honestly I didn't even think of this ring until she mentioned it in her email. I am now a believer in true Angels.

Yes it has been 29 years, boy do I feel as time has really gone by. I took children's fashion design in this school, didn't walk with my class so my dad got me the ring at least to commemorate the achievement.

the fact that this person found you and was able to return your ring is one in a million. many blessings to you and to the one who sent it back home. what a wonderful story. be sure and write it all down and save it somewhere special.

    Nice surprise for you...

A chicken ate mine in '77 about 3 months after I got the ring. (Flicked my hand at a rooster to get it off the fence and my ring flew off into the pen...we butchered many chickens to try and find it but to no avail.)

Definitely will! I made two sets of copies for my parents and one for me as a keepsake for a scrapbook album.
