I love most teas but do favor Tetley. Where I live now, outside of Charleston, on John's Island I think, they have the only tea co in America growing tea. They give tours, I went to check it out. It was a private co and it was lost to a big co (biglow tea). They used to sell Charleston Tea in the local stores but I can t find it now. It was very good tea, very fresh. sharet

I got a chuckle out of your reminiscing. Then, re-read where you live now. I have an uncle in Mount Pleasant -- he's with MUSC. How funny!

My whole family are tea drinkers, hot and cold. They know tea! Luzianne tea is very good. I use to buy all the name brands even ordered the expensive teas. I made a pitcher of ice tea a few years ago and everyone raved about how good it was said I must have found a great online store to order it special blended. Ha! It was the only box I found at a local store. I still buy it today. National brand tea at Walmart for $1 for 100 tagless teabags. I buy boxes of it at at time when I go to Walmart. Econ tip: Tea is going up in price soon. Stock up on your favorite brand now.
