I did. I was having some real problems with speed on my computer, especially when Safari or mail was loading. El Capitan cleared it all up. The only problem I have now is that DH's iPad and my iPhone are linked to my computer and all the pictures on both end up in my Photos. I need to find out how to unlink everything.

I still have Mountain Lion. My Mac guy is always advises caution in updating, and I hate to ignore his advice, lol. My iMac is older and I had to update some of my software when I went up to Mountain Lion, so I haven't upgraded any further. I haven't really needed to, to be honest, but it doesn't feel good to get too far behind.

I just spoke to someone who uses his Mac for music for his DJ jobs. He said El Capitan screwed up his music files, otherwise it's fine. I am going to wait for all the bugs to work out. Apple is starting to become like Microsoft and the users become the Beta testers to find the bugs.
