Making a Picture be a Hot Button

Does anyone know how to make a picture of a quilt be a live link or a hot button so I can give credit to the designer on my blog?

Maybe someone can answer me privately or I can subscribe to this link.

I meant to say I have a WordPress.com blog and have to use a "text widget" to create this. Does anyone else here use WordPress.com?
