Sharon, you can also substitute whole wheat flour for the regular flour in that recipe, I have done that before :wink:

I only use half a packet of splenda in a cup of tea, so I know it tastes really really sweet.

I've got to try all three of them. They all three sound to good.

Mine is pretty light! I'm not sure I would try the whole wheat in the mug cake....

Filly's tend to be carried a shorter time than colts-so I've read--and Chloe carried Claire for 330 days--and she's 321 now--so if it was a colt--she'd have gone 330+. :wink:
