Someone wake up Terri! My 5 minute Chocolate Cake is almost ready. I have made up a bunch of the dry mix for the cake in baggies and that way Mom & Dad can split one and only have to add the wet ingredients.
Yummy! Glad I forgot to bring more over to them today...

Sharon--I left lesson plans on my desk... and all the morning work is passed out and explained on the board... so I don't have to go in.... but I will if I can.

no finals actually--all the state tests are over. There are just unit tests... many of those to go.

Sharon, It's the 5 minute Mug Cake that was posted on here a long time ago....
Large Coffee Mug/or cereal bowl
4Tbls. Flour
4Tbls. Sugar
2Tbls. Baking Cocoa
1egg, 3Tbls.Milk, 3Tbls.Oil and 3 T. Choco Chips, splash of Vanilla.
Mix well with a fork, put in microwave for 3 min. Dump onto a plate after cooking. Allow to cool for a minute or two, Hot Chocolate Chips.....
