Merry Christmas and Happy Kwanza to all! We won't get to see son's family due to Covid and will only get to see daughter and her DH for dinner and a short visit. But we are all healthy again (son had life threatening staph infection and oldest grandson had Covid and of course DH is getting treatment for cancer) and hanging in there.

PS: I love your board name. It brings fond memories every time I see your posts. It was a family term used by DH's family. As they say, thanks for the memories.
From my family as well--we were Momma's Motley Crew. Daddy was the leader then us kids-including all our fosters-then Momma's nursing home ladies who cried when they were able to eat at our table like our grandmas. In fact we called them Grandma (last name). It was Grandma Heath that taught me Swedish weaving aka huck toweling.

Merry Christmas to all of you. The tree is up, decorated, Christmas candies made. Yummy eggnog fudge....😍 I'm about played out on Christmas music, except Casting Crowns.👍 My daughter and her family were here as well as my parents Monday for our Christmas. No food so we're not all huddled around the table, my living room and home is large enough to spread out so everyone was comfortable with their distancing. And we are all thankfully healthy.
Here's to a healthy and happy New Year. And I hope you all enjoy your Christmas season.
