When my husband alive, we had a house surrounded by woods, and frequently, deer would pass by our deck in the morning. It was so beautiful. I really miss that place! Thank you for sharing the pictures! They are lovely!

A beautiful reminder there is still such a thing as wildlife. Thanks for sharing.

How beautiful.

We have motion sensor lights on the back of our house. One night last summer they came on, so I got up to look out to see what turned them on.

We had three big females right next to the house. If I had been downstairs and opened the window I could have just reached out and touched them. Of course I got my granddaughter up to see them. They stayed for a short while, munching on my flowers while here, then just meandered off if different directions.

We also had an armadillo in the yard one morning. To be honest, I had no idea there were armadillo in Ga. I'm from the suburbs of Chicago, I know we don't have them up there!
