I think rescue is the best unless one truly knows the breeder as there are so many puppy mills out there that are harsh on the dogs.

Oh we will and looking forward to at least as many years as we had with our last dog (18yrs). Bless you for what you do with the shelter for sure, I would want to bring them all home! talk about animal hoarding !LOL

They think she is 2 and is a terrier mix, but not sure until our vet does a dna test on her. She is very loving and playful for sure.
It does get very lonesome without an animal, especially when all of your life you have been around animals furry or equine or birds. I just had a void in there that is now filled, but doesn;t mean I miss my other furry baby, I will always have him in my heart !!

My son has a similar looking dog, he is quiet, playful, protective and very well mannered. He was a stray found on the streets. Best wishes for many years of companionship and love!
