Steaks from beef we raised and cooked on the grill just can't be beat. Love the Golden Corral in Amarillo Tx. They have the best 'home cooking' side dishes on their buffet. I get to eat there about once a year when I go see my mom.

DH and I like to find independant restaurants, esp. if traveling. There are some local places that I like, a neighborhood place Wildflower cafe, Mozart's, owners are from Vienna, and Chatalaine, owners are from France, these 2 are bakery and authentic cafes. Had really good pizza at Lorenzo's in Oberlin. Now I'm hungry too and should have gone to bed an hour ago. If I ever get to Oxford Ma I'm gonna try to get to Carl's diner.

We used to love County Line BBQ in Littleton, they closed, so now we have to go to Albuquerque! Needless to say we don't make it there very often, twice in the last 10 years. They have the best potato salad, I found a copy cat recipe for it so I can make a good facsimile at home.
