I also like Abuelo's Mexican Food restaurant. Of course I have to travel about 4 hours to get to one. (Sigh)

I've become a pretty good cook so I go to Chéz Janet's most evenings LOL.

If I am in Denver "California Cafe" in Park Meadows Mall, or "Briarwood" in Golden CO.

Here in San Diego..."Ponce's Mexican Restaurant" is one of my favorites. Breakfast at Original Pancake House (not IHOP) in Clairmont or Poway. Best pizza at Nicolosi's.

In Ontario CA, believe it or not, the restaurant at the Ayres Hotel (Convention Center) is great. Had a great Champagne Chicken there.

    Awww, now I'm hungry

Beau Jo's Pizza in Idaho Springs, Co. I've only ever been there once on vacation, but I've been craving it ever since. Too bad they don't deliver to Iowa. :(

For casual dining we frequent "Dennys".
Seafood we like "Red Lobster", but they always have a hour wait.
Italian we go to "Pasta House" maybe "Olive Garden"
Steaks is any steakhouse like "longhorn" or "Lonestar".

We enjoy trying new places, too. Since its just he and I now since the kids are gone we do eat out more often than we use to.
    I like anything except Chinese!

We also prefer to eat at locally owned restaurants and will go out of our way to do so while traveling. Here in the Lansing area we like a hole in the wall called "Golden Harvest" for breakfast, "Emil's" for Italian, "Ukai" for Japenese & sushi, "Eaton Pub" for American, and if I had to choose a chain restaurant it would be "Mitchell's Fish Market".

My FIL used to take me every year to Zio's. I loved it. With everything so expensive now, we hardly ever drive that far for supper.
