My cat, Felix, obviously thinks my work needs careful supervision.

This is, of course, the same cat who will cuddle up to the sewing machine and thinks my cutting mat is a dandy kitty bed. ;)

Felix is making sure I get that border right.

I love how they never pick a spot oh off to the side where there is room to keep working. Mine like to steal the sewing pins I am forever having to hide it under fabric. Then they like to bat at the thread (grrrr) on top as its winding its way down the machine and I end up having to have them go inspect something else which works oh for about.. 2 minutes or as long as it takes to jump back up and help.

He is doing a great job. What a pretty kitty. Mine likes to do that too. And I never pick up a quilt without a cat hiding in it. They do love them.

Love the photo.

My Gracie (in my avatar) can be asleep, (on my bed of course) and hear the sewing maching and come "help".

On Friday my son picked-up the four quilts for his four sons.
The cat at his house instantly went crazy. rolling around in the quilts and jumping on them.

I guess I have to get a kitten - just for the entertainment.
