Oh, my...I would hide your new iron, if I were you! My DH does our ironing (I hate like everything to iron clothes.). I have been considering buying myself a new iron and new ironing board...if so, I will hide my new iron from him...just like I hide the Mary Ellen Best Press! That stuff is too expensive for him to use it when he is ironing his shirts!

For now I will make do with an inexpensive iron from the local Dollar Store. I really haven't had the time to do much sewing on my quilt top so as long as I have something for when I need it I can make do. Then later when I really need a good iron, I will do my homework then hit him up.

He really is a keeper.

I think it's sweet he loaned it to the youth group, but why not donate the cheaper one to them? My DH will do something like that then have his "Hmmmmmmm?" moment. Why not have the "Hmmmmm" moment first? Hmmmmmm?

By the Reliable Iron. It's the best on the market now for home use. It beats Rowenta and Oliso.
