It is beautiful but not innocent. It will climb anywhere and everywhere. It is a bad pest.

We make sure it is well pruned each year. Has never given us any cause for concern and yes it looks absolutely beautiful from that garden room.

Being a Master Gardener, I just love your plant and never saw a red Virginia Creeper. Here in SC, it's considered a weed that can grow like wild fire, so we just pull it out of the flower beds, garden, and off the fences!!
