Naked During the Earthquake

We didn't feel the one last night, up here in Hesperia. But the one on Easter sure rolled us, seemed like that one went on forever. Glad you didn't notice it and are okay. Are you visiting out here? Your address says PA? Have a nice visit, we rock and roll out here! ;)

Lisanne-
I'm glad you're OK.
I've only felt one earthquake but that was enough!
And as strange as it sounds, it happened in Cleveland, OH in the early 80's.
I was in the basement of a big office building about a block from Lake Erie and it felt like a huge truck rumbling past. I thought it was odd to be able to feel it in the basement. When I got upstairs the news was saying it was an earthquake.
I don't know how y'all in CA cope.

Glad u r alright and no one was hurt. Living in Ill. I never was in a quake, but this last year we had 2. The first one I was sleeping. The shaking woke me up. I thought it was the war of worlds. I don't think I could live in Ca. I be fighting that war all the time. LOL

We were in Manteca, California in our motorhome and an earthquake hit. I thought it had gotten "out of level" because the cats were running thru the motorhome and that'll make the place rock! Ironically, all of us Oregonians went outside and talked about it and we noticed all the Californians stayed inside their rigs. LOL

Been there, done that. HAHA When I had my child, and was in the hospital, my mom came from Fla and was afraid to experience a quake. Well one day when my husband was in the shower he felt one and worried about my mom. He grabbed a towel and ran into the living room asking my mom if she was alright. She had not felt it and looked at him like he was crazy and asked him the same thing. HAHAHAHA

Living in Colorado, I have not felt one. I think I will take tornados and snowstorms anyday. At least, for the most part, we have warning and can get to shelter. The scary thing about earthquakes is there is no warning. That, I could not feel comfortable living with.
